In this project, we made a number of improvements to the current custom upholstery shopping experience. Three initiatives of this project were to enhance the swatch viewing and ordering process, refresh the display of these swatches on our product detail pages, and to enhance our imagery. This project was completed for all Wayfair sister brands as well as all platforms.
Our audience benefit was to ease the task of choosing fabric and color options as well as ordering free swatches. Our business objective was to increase ordered swatches by 3x and to increase add to cart rate and conversion of the upholstery class as a whole.
