Jebbit offers a fantastic tool. However, their users had to carve a significant amount of time out of their day to figure out how to use it. The Jebbit support team and representatives also had to help their clients on a consistent basis.

The Client

Jebbit's engaging experiences prompt users to provide insights about themselves and their preferences. They gather this "declared data" through social media and CRM tools. These insights allow a more personalized relationship with brands and their users. Jebbit's tools build and launch these experiences. They also offer a dashboard for their customers to analyze the collected data.

My Task

I came on board to help Jebbit improve user retention and reduce support calls. Also, Jebbit wanted to empower their users to complete building experiences faster and on their own.

Three product areas to improve:
1) Navigation
2) Experience builder
3) Content editor tool
